My Raspberry

Where to start with a Raspberry Pi?

There's a lot of info out there, here's my recomendations to get started:

  1. raspberrypi.org - lots of tutorials on here. These are the guys that developed Raspberry Pi and this is the official site.
  2. https://www.youtube.com/user/RaspberryPiTutorials - lots of excellent videos to help you get started
  3. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfY8sl5Q6VKndz0nLaGygPw - The Raspberry Pi Guy, lots of excellent videos to help you get started. This guy sounds very young but really does know what he's talking about.

Those 3 sources of info have been read and watched to bits and I still concider myself an absolute beginer. I did learn loads from them, but there's so much that I don't yet know. Note I used the word 'yet'.

Welcome to Do Me A Raspberry

This site aims to provide a place where Raspberry Pi is concidered much more tasty than Arduino and beagle bone.

I'm determined via this website to gain the knowledge I need to create an exoskeletal pair of legs that will help me to walk. By that I don't mean I can't walk, I can. I can only walk for a few meters before pain hits me though. So these legs will only need to help me walk, to take the strain out of it. I don't get enough blood to my legs and thats why I can't walk very far.
